I have reported him to the CIty Mayor no response, City Manager No response, the law firm acting as City Attorney No response, the Chief of Police, No response. The Cities Police has a long documented history of lies, harassment, corruption and misconduct if you get any calls or visits from David Torres of Paso Robles Police Dept. notify the FBI public corruption unit and file a TRO against him. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Caution using cell while driving! "DWY Driving While Yacking" This morning, 4/3 @ 0830 while volunteering for Loaves & Fishes. My Mother called me on my cell phone. She worries, as Mothers do, when i don't answer. So, I answered my phone while driving. A local, insensitive, heartless PR Cop (Moell) who had nothing else to do, donuts and coffee done, perhaps he missed his citation quota for April, saw me. He pulled me over and cited me for driving while talking (DWY) to my 85 year old Mother. I pleaded with him without success. So, caution "they" are watching!!By Edward Acuna, March 29, 2017
